Not content with their EZ Yego winning a coveted 2008 IF award (our review here) RiDATA has announced a new range of SSD drives in both 1.8" and 2.5" form factors with up to 128GB of high speed SSD Storage.
RITEK SSD boasts a random access speed of up to 110MB/s and a write speed of up to 70MB/s. This device should do wonders for speeding up boot up times and improve overall system performance.
No pricing yet, but we'll be keeping our eyes peeled for these. |

I've never heard of Sonoro but now that they have been brought to my attention I'll be looking out for their products.
A popular brand in Germany, Sonoro are currently launching a US arm at CES. Sonoro create the stylish Cubo audio device which can play back CDs, MP3s and Radio in a neat cube design. Featuring a quirky top mounted speaker only adds to the Cubos interestingness and we can't wait to get our hands on one to test.
The yet to be released Fusion model features an ipod dock and an elegant flat front panel which is sure to be a hit.
Until we can get our hands on one of these neat devices, head on over to Sonoro's website for more information. |

Like many Australian's, my home is currently stuck in the land of
Standard Definition. When the opportunity to review a 46" Sony Bravia
XBR came along, I knew my current television wouldn't approve, but as I
got off the phone, through the corner of my eye, I could swear I saw my
Xbox 360 crack a smile 1080p wide.
Read on to find out about how the XBR performed and what making the transition to High Definition is all about..

Recently I bought a JVC Everio HDD camcorder which came bundled with some CyberLink software for editing video.
This OEM version of PowerDirector Express was easy to work with for a neophyte such as me but ultimately would be rather limited.
Subsequently I acquired the full version of PowerDirector v6 and checked it out.
Here are my initial findings.

The Y shaped EZ Yego USB flash drive stands out from the rest of the pack, not least of which because of its intriguing shape.
The unique 'Y' shape is indicative of its party trick: The EZ Yego not only stores up to 4GB of data, but it also acts as a mini hub for USB 2.0 devices.
Cool.

As laptop prices tumble, more and more manufacturers are providing decent spec'd laptops at ridiculous prices.
While BenQ have got a number of laptops hovering at (or in some cases even well under) the $1000 dollar mark, what has piqued our interest here at Digital Reviews is their $999AU A52 V07.
This 15.4" laptop not only comes with a 100GB HDD and a Dual Layer DVD burner, but it also has a 1.8Ghz T2350 Core Duo processor.
Can you really buy a dual core laptop for well under 1k and be happy with its performance?
