HTC Cruise

One of the most prolific makers of smartphones and PDAs, HTC, has been bringing out a slew of devices onto the Australian market.

Today we will be reviewing the Touch Cruise which is a GSM phone (not suited, however, for the NextG network).
One of the main features of this device includes the TouchFLO technology that will allow you to scroll, pan and zoom in on your photos as well as access different programs.  Another key feature is the built-in navigation software from ALK technologies: Co-Pilot Live.
Let's have a look at the other features that make this phone an outstanding choice if you are happy to use the Windows Mobile platform.

QNap TS-509 Pro QNap TS-509 Pro RAID Boxes Look the Goods

Powered by an Intel Celeron 1.6GHz CPU - the sort of power the laptop I’m writing on has - the TS-509 Pro delivers 5 bay, hot-swappable NAS/RAID goodness. The unit comes with an insane 1GB of DDRII memory, dual Gigabit LAN ports and supports RAID 0/1/5/6/JBOD and more!

While the The TS-509 Pro Turbo NAS is designed specifically for business users who require a NAS server for performance, capacity, features, and manageability, we feel that in today’s data filled world this would make a perfect box for the tech savvy pro-sumer.

While we try to get our hands on one of these beauties, surf on over to QNap’s website for more information.

NewerTech

FIREWIRE 400/USB 2.0 POWERED HUB STORAGE SOLUTION

I like the minimalist front of this beauty but the back -- that's the telling bit! Here's a small footprint, high performance Plug & Play external powered hub storage solution that NewerTech have become known for.

It has some unique features which will make it an ideal companion for SSD-equipped notebook owners, I think and that's why we have requested a review unit to put it to the test. They come in different configurations but why anyone would bother with less than 1TB on a unit like this is a puzzle to me...
Check out some more details below.
