ReadyNAS NV+ 4-Bay Gigabit NAS - Ready for the Future

ReadyNAS NV+When the average user has filled up an internal hard drive, they usually turn to an external USB drive and fill that up. And then another. And another..

Netgear’s ReadyNAS NV+ is a much more elegant, secure and neat solution. Its 4 drive bays support RAID protection (RAID 0, 1 and 5) as well as Netgear’s patent pending X-RAID technology. X-RAID allows users to easily and automatically scale from one hard drive right up to four without any technical knowledge.
The feature packed ReadyNAS NV+ series starts at around $1200AU for a unit without hard drives installed, right through to around $3300AU for a unit complete with 4TB (total capacity). To find out more, visit Netgear’s website.

Stay tuned as we try to get our hands on one of these units for the full DigitalReviews treatment.

Draganflyer X6

Some time ago we reviewed the Draganflyer SAVS, the forerunner of the revolutionary and exciting Draganflyer X6 UAV. Here is a very lightweight, yet ultra-capable aerial observation platform, suitable for military and civil applications.  What gets me very excited is the build quality out of carbon fibre and totally modular as well as the ability to auto hover.  In other words, you can fly hands off and concentrate on getting the right camera angle.  It has an inbuilt GPS and lots of other technology to keep it stable and level.
The purpose-built handheld flight controller is a work of art and even includes a touchscreen!
Any negative issues that I found with SAVS from Draganfly seem to have been resolved and improved upon in a fantastic way.  We here at DigitalReviews.net are looking forward to bringing you an in-depth review of this unique 6 rotor co-axial helicopter.
