Trying out this technology, Marcel (DRN Webmaster) ordered a coffee using the interactive display (see picture) and I browsed a fashion outlet's product database and used it to tell an assistant I required help. The retail assistant would be able to see what products or categories a customer has viewed and/ or expressed interest in, and try to tailor their sales approach appropriately.
