Hot on the heels of the DNS-323 (review here), D-Link have announced the next level of home NAS/RAID storage: The DNS-343.
With four SATA bays allowing a total of 4GB storage space, the DNS-343 essentially quadruples the maximum (RAID 0) storage capacity of its smaller sibling. This increase is enhanced by the inclusion of RAID 5 striping and distributed parity for greater data security.
Along with Gigabit Ethernet as standard, the 343 also features an informational OLED display on its front allowing the unit's IP address, operating temperatures or array status to be viewed at the touch of a button.
Price and availability are still to be announced but expect to see this sexy unit drive getting the full DigitalReviews treatment in the next month or so.
