Added features beyond Windows 7 certification include a number of enhanced multimedia capabilities such as archiving High-Definition (HD) videos without the need of a burner; importing and archiving AVCHD content to any external device; and importing and converting PowerPoint presentations to DVD-Video or Blu-ray Disc for TV playback.
Users have the option to use Nero’s Blu-ray Disc Authoring Plug-in providing them the ability to burn discs with the highest quality formats for HD playback – offering home movie projects cinema quality. Consumers can take their AVCHD content, import it into Nero Vision and archive it to any Hard Disk Drive, USB Flash Drive, or Flash Memory Card and plug it into a Blu-ray Disc player for viewing enjoyment.
New Nero customers can take advantage of Nero 9 Reloaded which comes bundled with Nero BackItUp & Burn software ($99.95 value). Current Nero 9 users will receive a free update to the latest version of the suite. Best of all, the download file size is 40% smaller than the previous version.
Nero 9 Reloaded is available in boxed version for USD$89.99 or downloadable from the Nero Online Shop for USD$79.99 (AUD$119.95). The Blu-ray Disc Authoring Plug-in is sold as a separate, downloadable product for USD$4.99 (AUD$12.95).
