Read more: Schweigen The Silent Rangehood (Model UM-12UMSP) ReviewedIf you had to rate the most annoying sounds to be found in households today one of them certainly would be the noise from a rangehood sucking away smells, vapours and smoke from the cooking on the stove.

Maybe the noise from a Thermomix telling you it’s done is a good second and vacuum cleaners are not far behind that...

Does it have to be this way?

Not when you install a Schweigen Silent Rangehood.

If you have a quiet moment to read this review, be warned: you might want to get one!

Read more: Brother P-Touch Cube Pro - One more thingLast week DRN posted our thoughts on the Brother P-Touch Cube Pro (PT-P910BT), a fantastic (although on the pricey side), 36mm label printer. At the time we got to test out their laminated cartridges both with a white backing and a clear backing. Voltaire Smart Grinder - Revisited

Written by Kevin Cheng on . Posted in Appliances

Read more: Voltaire Smart Grinder - RevisitedAlmost 3 months ago I wrote a review on the Voltaire Smart Grinder, a project that I backed in the Kickstarter stage well over two years ago.

To recap I was less than impressed with the finished product when it finally shipped 28 months late, it consistently failed to grind my beans, and was far far away from being consistent with the grind size.

I was talking to the support team at Get It Right, hoping they can get it right.
