Gear4Well it seems there are more accessories available for the iPod these days then there are shoes in the wardrobe of Imelda Marcos.  Like her shoe collection, finding the right pair for an outing can be tough decision considering a lot of them do the same thing more or less.

If you’re going to share your tunes, a set of portable speakers is fast becoming a must have for your iPod, but how do you find the right one for you?

It just so happens I have a first-rate little set sitting next to me, so let me tell you about it…

Sansa Shaker MP3 Player Review - For the Kids.. and Parents

Sansa ShakerThe Sansa Shaker is a small hour-glass shaped MP3 player and both its packaging and unique shake feature suggest it is aimed at children. Beyond its unique shape, the Shaker stands out because when you press the play button and physically shake the unit, the Shaker (what's in a name, eh?) will select and play a new song at random.

You may be thinking this all sounds very gimmicky and childish and you'd be right. But there's more. Underneath it all, the Sansa Shaker really is quite a good little MP3 player. And despite the 8+ label on the box - Not just for kids.

ProportaThis is one of those reviews you shouldn't be reading!

The shortest route to appreciate the product is to go to the website, and order one: the Proporta Wireless FM Transmitter!

A few days later it will arrive in the mail. Put in two penlite batteries, then just plug it into your MP3 player.

Switch on the radio, tune in to your private radio station... and start playing your favorite music.

Really, that's all there is to it!

When talking about MP3 Players, I usually put them into different categories typically based on their storage capacity.  The 1-2GB MP3 players are usually simple and nature and are meant to be on the go and be able to listen to a few songs here and there.  the 4-8GB MP3 players can store quite a bit more songs.  And the last categories are the ones that are 20GB and above that can pretty much handle your entire music collection.  These MP3 players vary in functionality.  Typically, the larger the capacity of the MP3 player, the more likely it is to have features such as viewing pictures or even videos.  The smaller capacity MP3 players are more for basic music playing and will be lucky to find a FM Tuner or voice recording capabilities.  The whole point is that MP3 players come in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, and colors.  It is best to determine what your needs are before looking at what is available in the market.  Are you the type of person who just wants to be able to listen to a few songs on your free time or do you want to be able to carry your entire music collection and be able to listen to your music all the time?

Steelseries

Choosing a pair of good headphones can be a delicate process sometimes because there are many factors that a person must consider in order to like them. The obvious one is sound quality. Without good sound quality we don't really consider them in the first place. Second, they have to be comfortable. Headphones need to be well designed and can be worn for long periods  without irritating the user. Other things that are taken into consideration are materials, workmanship, and of course price. We all want to find a good pair of headphones that excel in all those areas are at least have a good balance of them. Today, we will be reviewing the SteelSound 3H Gaming Headphones. These headphones are labeled as gaming headphones, but that doesn't mean we can try using them in other applications as well. As gaming headphones, these are generally catered for those who play games on their computer frequently and are also looking for something they can easily take to LAN parties or events. Let's find out how well these do.

Brando SOAP

“Don’t ram the hard things!”

That’s the advice given in the little manual that comes with the Brando SOAP MP4 player. Words of wisdom or just a case of Chenglish? Well, the SOAP moniker seem to have been chosen intentionally as there are some semblances to a (small) bar of soap with this well-rounded PMP.
The price at USD99 for the 2GB model seems cheap enough so how does it stack up in useability and value for money?
Let’s come clean…

With the hype for the iPods and Zunes it’s easy to forget that SanDisk is one of the major players in the personal audio field.
