Draganflyer X6

Some time ago we reviewed the Draganflyer SAVS, the forerunner of the revolutionary and exciting Draganflyer X6 UAV. Here is a very lightweight, yet ultra-capable aerial observation platform, suitable for military and civil applications.  What gets me very excited is the build quality out of carbon fibre and totally modular as well as the ability to auto hover.  In other words, you can fly hands off and concentrate on getting the right camera angle.  It has an inbuilt GPS and lots of other technology to keep it stable and level.
The purpose-built handheld flight controller is a work of art and even includes a touchscreen!
Any negative issues that I found with SAVS from Draganfly seem to have been resolved and improved upon in a fantastic way.  We here at DigitalReviews.net are looking forward to bringing you an in-depth review of this unique 6 rotor co-axial helicopter.

The X-Master case from Apevia is great for some light gaming, a home theatre PC, or a general computer.  This case is flexible since it can be stood upright or on its side.  Because of its smaller form factor, this is is great case for those looking for a computer that is not that large compared with many standard cases on the market today.

Popcorn Hour A-110/B-110In March we took a look at the original Popcorn Hour A-100 and it quickly became our in-house media playback device of choice. Sure, it wasn’t perfect - but its near flawless display of 1080p content, along with its incredible ability to playback almost every file we threw at it, made us sit up and take notice.

Now, less than five months later, Syabas has announced two new Popcorn Hour models which we have been lucky enough to get our digital hands on.

Read on for our experiences with the new Popcorn Hour A-110 and B-110 NMTs as well as a comparison and update on our take of the original A-100 Network Media Tank.

VoxThe Vox BlackBox is a 1 Terabyte Network Attached Storage Drive that is all about storage.

While it is great for storage, the functionality is just enough to get by and could use some more refinement.  This product seems to be a great product if you are just looking to store some files while utilizing more than one drive.

This all-in-one solution includes the built-in software, enclosure, as well as two 500GB hard drives.

OCZ Announces Core Series V2 SSD

OCZ

OCZ just announced a line of much faster SSDs with a built-in mini-USB port for firmware upgrades.

Already OCZ seem to be the price/performance leaders in this hotly contested market and they just ratcheted up the screws a bit more with the brand new Core Series V2 SSDs.

The SSDs will be available in 30GB, 60GB, 120GB, and 250GB storage capacities. More importantly, read speeds have increased to 170MB/sec with write speeds listed at 98MB/sec across the whole product range.

An interesting feature of the drives is the addition of a mini-USB port which allows end-users to increase the performance of their drives with future firmware updates from OCZ, although you wonder why the SATA cable could not be used for this.

We are currently testing MTRON's ultra-fast PRO7500 and it would be great to see how one of these beauties stack up against this. Stay tuned.

HTC Cruise

One of the most prolific makers of smartphones and PDAs, HTC, has been bringing out a slew of devices onto the Australian market.

Today we will be reviewing the Touch Cruise which is a GSM phone (not suited, however, for the NextG network).
One of the main features of this device includes the TouchFLO technology that will allow you to scroll, pan and zoom in on your photos as well as access different programs.  Another key feature is the built-in navigation software from ALK technologies: Co-Pilot Live.
Let's have a look at the other features that make this phone an outstanding choice if you are happy to use the Windows Mobile platform.
