Code SoftwareHere at DRN, we are big fans of the EPOS Adapt 360 that we reviewed earlier in September 2020. We thought the EPOS Manager was an exceptionally useful feature for the enterprise.

Today EPOS, the premium audio solutions company and a part of the Demant Group, anounces its partnership with Code Software – a technology company delivering software to support UC&C platforms including Microsoft Teams, Cisco and Avaya. The new partnership is EPOS’ latest initiative to support device insights and management across organisations to empower knowledge worker productivity and device adoption.

Under the new partnership, Code Software will incorporate EPOS’ device details into its advanced Device Management software, ClobbaDM to support users in managing their resources better and speeding up the tasks of updating firmware and device settings, all while reducing the risk of human errors. Being part of the Clobba suite of software including analytics, reporting, recording, billing and general management tools, ClobbaDM allows for usage and quality reporting, as well as inventory and device management that allow IT managers to gain valuable insights into device allocation across an entire range of EPOS devices.

In addition, ClobbaDM allows users to monitor call quality from both EPOS devices, as well as their preferred UC&C platforms, to identify issues that might affect productivity and call quality across organisations. The software provides insights to drive user adoption and identify call quality issues, all while delivering a simple and efficient way of managing multiple devices – an intuitive single solution, which helps improve user adoption, reduce end-user troubleshooting and minimise operational costs.

“Code are delighted to be partnering with EPOS. With ClobbaDM we have a solution which strengthens our UC&C reporting and management suite. It offers companies using EPOS devices valuable insights to drive user adoption and identify call quality issues, whilst delivering a simple and efficient way of managing multiple devices.” said Mark Armstrong, Director, Code Software

Theis Moerk, Vice President of Product Management, Enterprise Solutions, at EPOS adds: “We are pleased to be partnering with Code Software to offer our joint customers even further opportunities to manage their end-user devices. In the current climate, it is of great importance that we support businesses in having the right tools to increase efficiency, as well as productivity.”

Looks like a great partnership here, the metrics that can be obtained would be invaluable.
