And that’s a hat trick! Superloop has been named Australia’s Fastest Fixed Network by Ookla for the third consecutive time, receiving the Speedtest Award for the first half of 2026.
This win makes Superloop the only Australian internet provider to hold the award for three successive periods – an unbroken run of Ookla recognition across the whole of 2025 and into 2026.
Ookla analysed millions of consumer-initiated speed tests across Australia over each six-month period, assigning each ISP a speed score based on network throughput and responsiveness, combining download and upload speeds alongside latency.
From 1 January to 30 June 2026, Superloop recorded the highest Speed Score of any fixed network provider in Australia.
