The new flagship training smartwatch, the Amazfit Balance 3 has officially launched in Australia.
Built around HybridCharge, it turns training load, recovery, stress and daily life into a single score out of 100. Made for athletes who lift, run and race in the same week, it reads strength, endurance and recovery as one connected picture. Zepp Coach converts that daily readiness into structured workouts that sync with Strava and TrainingPeaks, while up to 21 days of battery keeps the picture unbroken.
The Balance 3 differs from single-discipline watches, by treating events such as lift, run and rest days wholistically.
A 1.5-inch AMOLED display under sapphire glass reaches 3,000 nits for full sunlight, and the stainless steel # build have passed six military-grade durability tests. Zepp OS 6 ties the watch, app and connected platforms into one system, including dedicated HYROX training and race-day tools built by Amazfit as the Official Brand Partner of the sport.
The Balance 3 is the latest flagship from Amazfit, which is available in more than 90 countries, has a community of more than 42 million daily active users and has sold more than 200 million globally. Zepp Health develops many of the technologies behind Amazfit products internally, an approach that gives Amazfit full control of the wearable experience on its products. Translated into clear insights through the Zepp App, HybridCharge helps users understand their capacity, manage effort across sessions and refine performance over time, without needing to check three separate apps to get there.
Race Ready for HYROX

The Balance 3 pairs personalised guidance from Zepp Coach™ with built-in structured workouts and an integrated training calendar, forming a hybrid training system with the Zepp App that connects with platforms including Strava and Training Peaks. Weekly Focus and Training Balance features show whether training is distributed across strength, endurance and recovery, while advanced analytics spanning VO₂ max, HRV, Training Stress Balance, and running metrics like lactate threshold and ground contact time help users understand not just what happened in a session, but why.

Available in Stainless Steel, Balance 3 is built for reliability, with scratch-resistant sapphire glass protecting a vivid 1.5-inch AMOLED display reaching up to 3,000 nits of peak brightness. The watch has passed six military-grade durability tests, and a dual-colour white and red flashlight adds visibility for early morning and late evening sessions, with Boost and SOS modes for added safety. Battery life is built for consistency, with up to 21 days of typical use, so training schedules and travel are never interrupted by a flat watch.
