Belkin has arrived at IFA 2026 with a fairly sizeable collection of new accessories, ranging from semi-solid-state power banks and high-capacity portable chargers through to cross-platform trackers, a magnetic phone stand and some rather colourful USB-C chargers.
The most interesting announcement is arguably the new Belkin UltraCharge Pro with BoostSolid Cell range, which introduces semi-solid-state battery technology to Belkin’s portable power line-up.
Alongside those, Belkin has announced new UltraCharge Smart Display Power Banks offering up to 120W output, its new SureFind tracking ecosystem supporting both Apple Find My and Google Find Hub, and several smaller additions to its charging and mobile accessory range.
Belkin UltraCharge Pro brings semi-solid-state batteries to portable power
We’ve seen plenty of incremental improvements in power banks over the years, but Belkin’s new BoostSolid Cell technology is a little more interesting.
Rather than relying solely on the conventional liquid electrolyte found in lithium-ion batteries, Belkin says BoostSolid Cell uses a gel-like layer alongside the liquid electrolyte.
According to Belkin, this allows it to build thinner and more compact batteries while also improving durability and battery longevity.
Perhaps more importantly, Belkin says its BoostSolid Cell batteries retain up to 80% capacity after 1,000 charge cycles. The company estimates this translates to around five years of use when assuming one complete charge and discharge cycle every two days.
Belkin consequently describes the technology as being engineered for up to three times longer battery life than conventional power banks.
There are safety benefits too.
Belkin says the battery architecture is designed to reduce the risk of thermal runaway, fire and swelling, with dual analogue and digital temperature sensors monitoring the battery every 250 milliseconds.
The power banks are designed to operate between 0°C and 40°C and have undergone testing including nail puncture, high and low-temperature exposure, drops, impacts and vibration.
The range is also designed to meet UL2056-2015 requirements and TSA standards.
Two BoostSolid Cell models are coming first.
UltraCharge Pro Slim Magnetic Power Bank 5K Qi2 15W
The UltraCharge Pro Slim Magnetic Power Bank 5K packs 5,000mAh into a body just 8.8mm thick and roughly the footprint of a credit card.
Belkin says that’s around 40% slimmer than its previous comparable 5K power banks.
It supports Qi2-certified 15W magnetic wireless charging, alongside wired USB-C charging at up to 20W using USB Power Delivery, or 22.5W when using the SFC protocol.
There’s also 7.5W wireless pass-through charging, an LED battery indicator and a metal body with a soft-touch finish.
The UltraCharge Pro Slim Magnetic Power Bank 5K will be available in black and sand from January 2027, priced at $119.95 AUD and $129.95 NZD.
UltraCharge Pro 10K 60W with BoostSolid Cell and Display
For something a little beefier, the UltraCharge Pro 10K 60W doubles capacity to 10,000mAh and increases wired USB-C output to 60W.
That’s enough to make it considerably more useful with tablets and compatible laptops rather than simply being another emergency phone battery.
Belkin says the new model is 27% smaller than a comparable standard 45W 10K power bank.
It has two USB-C ports, with up to 60W available from a single port or 30W shared, plus a USB-A port supporting up to 22.5W.
There’s also 40W USB-C input, allowing the power bank itself to recharge in around two hours, and support for PD, PPS, AVS and UFCS charging protocols.
A smart display shows remaining battery capacity, charging output and thermal information.
The UltraCharge Pro 10K 60W will also arrive in January 2027 in black and sand, priced at $149.95 AUD and $159.95 NZD.
UltraCharge Smart Display Power Banks go up to 22,000mAh and 120W
If waiting until January isn’t particularly appealing, Belkin also has two more conventional UltraCharge power banks arriving before the end of 2026.
Both use cylindrical lithium-ion cells and include something I am increasingly fond of seeing on portable chargers: a built-in retractable USB-C cable.
In this case, it’s a 70cm cable that retracts back into the power bank when you’re finished with it.
Both models also feature a large digital display showing remaining battery percentage, current charging wattage, charging direction and temperature-control status.
The UltraCharge 11K Power Bank has an 11,000mAh capacity and can deliver up to 60W through its integrated cable. There’s another 60W USB-C port and an 18W USB-A port.
Belkin says it can charge an iPhone 17 from zero to 50% in around 24 minutes.
It will cost $119.95 AUD / $129.95 NZD when it launches in October 2026.
The larger UltraCharge 22K Power Bank increases capacity to 22,000mAh and offers up to 120W combined output, with up to 65W available through its integrated cable.
That makes it the more interesting proposition for anyone regularly carrying a laptop alongside their phone and tablet.
It arrives in November for $179.95 AUD / $189.95 NZD.
Both models are designed to remain within TSA requirements for air travel.
Belkin SureFind works with Apple Find My and Google Find Hub
Belkin is also moving further into item tracking with its new SureFind family.
What’s particularly useful here is that the range is certified for both Apple Find My and Google Find Hub.
That potentially makes SureFind considerably more flexible for households where everyone hasn’t pledged allegiance to the same mobile ecosystem.
There are three products initially.
The SureFind Spot is the traditional tag-style tracker intended for keys, luggage, backpacks and other things you’re inevitably going to put somewhere safe and immediately forget about.
It starts at $29.95 AUD / $34.95 NZD.
The SureFind Card takes the same basic idea and puts it into a thin format intended for wallets and passport holders. It also carries an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
Pricing starts at $44.95 AUD / $49.95 NZD.
Then there’s the slightly more unusual SureFind Loop Cable Tag.
Rather than carrying a tracker and a charging cable, Belkin has combined the two. The Loop Cable Tag can attach to luggage, bags and backpacks while also functioning as a USB-C to USB-C charging cable.
That’s the sort of simple idea that makes you wonder why someone didn’t do it sooner.
It’ll cost $44.95 AUD / $49.95 NZD.
All three SureFind products are expected to arrive in Australia and New Zealand during September 2026.
Belkin’s Compact Magnetic Ring Stand sticks your phone to more things
Also joining the line-up is the Compact Magnetic Ring Stand, a folding magnetic phone stand with a vacuum base.
The magnetic attachment holds a compatible phone while the vacuum base allows the stand to attach to surfaces including glass, mirrors, metal and dashboards.
It supports portrait and landscape positioning and folds down for easier carrying.
Belkin lists compatibility with the iPhone 12 through iPhone 17 series, Google Pixel 9 and Pixel 10 families, and Samsung Galaxy S25 and S26 devices when used with an appropriate magnetic case.
It’ll be available in black and white from November for $39.95 AUD / $44.95 NZD.
And because apparently your charger should match your MacBook
Finally, Belkin is giving its BoostCharge Compact USB-C Charger 30W a splash of colour.
The charger will be available in Citrus, Blush, Indigo and Silver, designed to complement Apple’s latest MacBook Neo colourways.
Underneath the new paint job it’s a compact 30W USB-C charger supporting USB-C PD 3.1, PD and PPS charging protocols.
Belkin includes a 2m braided USB-C to USB-C cable, while the charger’s housing is made from 72% post-consumer recycled plastic, excluding the cable.
The new colours will arrive in October for $54.95 AUD / $59.95 NZD.
Belkin has plenty to show at IFA 2026
There’s a lot here, although the BoostSolid Cell products are easily the most technically interesting part of Belkin’s IFA announcements.
Power banks have become increasingly powerful over the past few years, but capacity and charging wattage aren’t the only things that matter. Battery longevity, thermal management and simply making the things smaller are arguably more useful improvements once you’ve already got enough power to charge a laptop.
We’ll be particularly interested to see how Belkin’s semi-solid-state batteries perform when the first UltraCharge Pro models arrive in Australia early next year.
