Creality has announced two new additions to its Falcon laser engraving range, introducing products aimed at everyone from first-time makers through to professional workshops and small manufacturing businesses.

The new Falcon A1C focuses on simplicity and accessibility, while the Falcon T1 pushes into industrial-grade versatility with an innovative modular five-in-one laser system.

Falcon A1C: Making laser engraving easier

The Falcon A1C is designed to remove many of the barriers that traditionally make laser engraving intimidating for newcomers.

Its fully enclosed Class 1 safety design combines with automatic focus, an integrated AI camera and camera-assisted positioning to streamline setup and reduce manual alignment. Users can preview designs directly on materials before engraving, while intelligent layout tools help maximise material usage.

Supporting interchangeable 5W diode, 10W diode and optional 1.2W infrared laser modules, the Falcon A1C can engrave wood, leather, acrylic, coated metals and many other common materials from a compact desktop footprint. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity allow jobs to be sent wirelessly from Creality’s Falcon Design Space software.

The machine offers a 150 x 150mm working area with engraving speeds of up to 15,000mm/min, making it suitable for personalised gifts, hobby projects, educational environments and small creative businesses.

Falcon T1: Five laser technologies in one machine

At the other end of the spectrum sits the Falcon T1, which Creality describes as the world’s first 5-in-1 laser workstation.

Rather than purchasing multiple dedicated machines, users can swap laser modules in around 15 seconds, allowing the same platform to perform a wide variety of engraving and marking tasks. Available laser modules include:

  • 20W diode laser
  • 40W diode laser
  • 20W fibre laser
  • 60W MOPA fibre laser
  • 5W UV laser

Each module targets different materials and applications, allowing the Falcon T1 to work across timber, acrylic, leather, coated metals, stainless steel, aluminium, titanium, precious metals, plastics, ceramics, crystal and glass.

The T1 also introduces capabilities rarely seen together in a desktop platform, including deep engraving, curved surface engraving and internal crystal engraving, alongside processing accuracy down to 0.01mm and UV laser precision as fine as 0.001mm. A high-speed galvanometer enables engraving speeds up to 10,000mm/s depending on the laser module installed.

Beyond engraving performance, Creality has focused heavily on workflow. The Class 1 enclosed design incorporates automated module recognition, optional conveyor and auto-feed accessories for production work, and compatibility with Falcon Design Space and LightBurn software.

Two very different audiences

While both machines carry the Falcon branding, they serve very different users.

The Falcon A1C is clearly aimed at hobbyists, educators, schools and creators looking for an approachable introduction to laser engraving with minimal setup.

The Falcon T1, meanwhile, targets professional makers, product customisation businesses, jewellery workshops, sign makers and manufacturing environments where multiple laser technologies would traditionally require several separate machines.

For businesses producing a wide variety of customised products, the ability to change laser technology instead of changing machines could significantly reduce both workshop space requirements and equipment costs.
