Shouldn’t your workspace reflect your individual personality? Omnidesk introduces Kawa as part of the inaugural launch of the Ichi Collection.
Every slab of wood is one-of-a-kind, with naturally formed patterns, textures and grains that are unique with no two pieces ever the same.
“Ichi” means one in Japanese, perfectly capturing the individuality of each desk within the line. The Kawa is inspired by the scene of a flowing river, the most unique feature of the Kawa is its stunning hand-poured resin in the middle of the tabletop.
“The furniture we choose is often a reflection of ourselves,” said Ryan, CEO of Omnidesk Australia. “We’ve introduced the Ichi Collection as a way to empower our customers to customise their spaces with a desk that perfectly embodies their style, taste, and sophistication. No two desks are identical, akin to how no two people are the same.”
The Kawa tabletop is available in two different, high-quality timbers – the Pheasantwood Kawa XL and the Walnut Kawa XL ($2400 and $2500 respectively), compatible exclusively with the top-of-the-line Omnidesk Ascent height-adjustable desk. Every desk in the Ichi Collection also retains its natural live edges, showing signs of the bark and shape of the tree
it originates from. This charming live edge makes for a truly one-of-a-kind desk that naturally becomes a stunning centrepiece for any space.
As customers may find it difficult to make an informed decision choosing their tabletop, Omnidesk will be opening a showroom in Melbourne. This gives customers first-hand experience of selecting their personal Omnidesk. The opening of the Omnidesk showroom will be announced shortly this month.
For those who prefer a simpler look without the resin feature of the Kawa, Omnidesk is introducing the Pheasantwood and Walnut tabletops as part of their Wildwood Collection. Available in our L and XL sizes, prices start from $1800 for the Pheasantwood tabletop, and $1900 for the Walnut. These Wildwood Collection tabletops also boast compatibility with both the Omnidesk Pro and Omnidesk Ascent.
