This is one of those “why didn’t I think of that?” products that I came across a little while back. I am so lazy with fiddling around taking filters off my lens that I tend to leave them on and bump up the ISO. This is where the Xume Quick Release Adapters could come in very handy.
The Xume Adapters comprises of two parts, a lens adapter and a filter holder. The idea is that the two parts stays on permanently and changing filters (with the filter holder on) is as simple and letting the two halves self-align and lock into place.
Currently the Xume is only available for 77mm rings, but the company is in the process of adding the 49, 58, 67, 72 and 82mm adapters to the product line up as well as some tweaks.
