Congratulations to Brother, taking home PCMag’s Readers’ Choice Award for the 13th year in a row.
Brother’s at your side motto is at the foundation of everything the business does and the brand is proud to be acknowledged for its outstanding customer service. Alongside several Editor’s Choice picks, Brother was recognised as the Best Home Printer Brand, and “a clear standout” amongst its other competitors in the market.

Brother scored exceptionally across all categories, topping the list against its competitors in most categories including overall satisfaction, reliability, cost, document/text print quality, print speed and likelihood to recommend. With scores up from last year in 11 out of the 15 categories, it’s clear that Brother is dedicated to its customer-first approach, continually identifying and eliminating barriers to customer success through their products and unique technology.
Brother also received several Editor’s Choice nods for Best Printers and Scanners for 2023. The Brother HL-L9310CDW was named the Best Colour Laser Printer while the Brother PJ883 was named Best Portable Document Printer, with its “connection flexibility and extreme portability [making] this model a winner”.
In the scanner category, the ADS-4900W was named Best High-Volume Document Scanner for Offices while the Brother DS-940SW was named Best Portable Document Scanner, calling it “a standout in a crowded field of single-sheet portable scanners”.
