The Satechi Dock5 Multi-Device Charging Hub centralises all of your devices into one accessible and neat charging location.  No more tripping over cords or losing chargers; the Dock5 brings order to the tech chaos. Nietzsche would be proud.

CHARGE ME UP

I’m pretty sick of everyone continually losing charging cords in my household. So the opportunity to trial the Dock5 was a dream come true – organisation in one neat, unobtrusive device.

The magnetic  charge pad works well but I found my device had to be 100% on the target area, not just resting to one side. Once I’d worked out the correct placement, charging was very quick for my phone.

The USB C and USB A slots worked perfectly. Best of all I didn’t need four different power points to charge my devices; I only needed the one for the Dock5. It’s a miracle!

MY ONLY GRIPE

The Dock5 has a small blinking light when charging.  In my wisdom I plugged it in beside the bed so I could charge my phone and a pair of headphones plus bone conduction headset. Lights out and I realised there was a blue blinking light right at eye level. I ended up moving the Dock5 to the kitchen so I could get some sleep.  But if you don’t mind the odd light or are a heavy sleeper, it shouldn’t worry you.
